Looking for the perfect gift? The Alton Mill has got you covered with textiles, jewellery, artwork, and artisanal products. Shop local, and give handcrafted gifts made from the heart. Visit the Mill's studio artists in their working studios, find a piece of artwork that speaks to you - or ask about gifting attendance at a class, or workshop! The Mill's artists offer classes in watercolour (CJ Shelton), encaustic (The Hive Encaustic Studio), acrylic (Mark Grice) & oil painting (Brenda Loschiavo), printmaking (Joanne Lomas), jewellery making (Gallery Gemma Jewellery) as well as a variety of special one-off workshops (Michele Johnston, CJ Shelton, The Noodle Gallery). Contact each artist directly for more information!
Artful Giving returns to the Headwaters Arts Gallery, with treasures and all shapes and sizes created by member artists. Find knitwear and clothing, soaps and edibles, seasonal baubles, fine art and more!
In the Noodle Gallery, discover the "Walls of Smalls," smaller and giftable artwork from all the Noodle's favourite visual artists, as well as statement, hand-crafted furniture.. The Noodle also keeps a well-stocked artisanal market including candles, jams, coffee, dibblers, and a new and growing DIY section.
