The Alton Mill is a great place to work or to hold your function. The Mill can be yours for short-, medium- or long-term rentals. We have a variety of unique spaces for private functions, meetings, art shows, and other events.
The Mill represents a great opportunity for a special retailer or gallery owner, and occasionally studio spaces become available for monthly rental.

The Falls Gallery is an ideal venue for special art exhibitions and workshops. Art groups and individuals can lease the walls of this gallery - or of the Millrace Room - for multiple weekends, or for a month at a time.

The Bridge Workshop can be leased for regular weekly blocks of time for classes or other activities, and the Falls Gallery is available for monthly art shows. All studios and shops are currently rented but occasionally one comes up at the Alton Mill; please put your name on our waiting list to be notified of a vacancy.
