Venue Rental Investment
At the Alton Mill, we don’t offer traditional wedding packages. Instead, we provide inclusive venue pricing with the flexibility to design a day that feels like you.
Signature WeddingDesigned for couples who want it all — elevate your day with the Alton Mill at its most magical. Our most flexible option includes the use of all event spaces.
This option is for couples wishing to include the stunning Annex Courtyard in their event.
Available seasonally from mid-May through mid-October.
Up to 120 guests, $8,500 + hst
Classic WeddingCelebrate your day from “I do” to last dance with the use of our historic indoor event spaces and grounds.
This option is for couples who do not want to use the Annex Courtyard for their event.
Available year-round, with off-season pricing available
Up to 100 guests, $7,500 + hst
Intimate WeddingDesigned for smaller celebrations, this option captures the beauty and charm of the Alton Mill in a cozy, meaningful way. Using a combination of the Millrace Room, Turbine Room and the Pond Gallery, celebrate with those who matter the most.
This option is for couples wishing to celebrate with 50 or fewer attendees.

An intimate space featuring stone walls, wood beams and unique glass lenses in the floor. Located adjacent to the Turbine Room heritage exhibit and Tuscan-style Waterfall Courtyard – this is our primary event space and home to an incredible party!

Turbine Room
The Turbine Room heritage exhibit is complete with the original turbine system, power take-off shafts and coal boiler. This incredible, historic space is often used to house a bar for your guests to enjoy.
