Canadian Landscapes from near and afar! The Falls Gallery presents paintings by local artist Roy Grandy. A love for the outdoors and an explorer’s spirit have inspired the works in this show. The exhibition will be on display from Wednesday, November 16th - Sunday, December 11th, 2017.

Roy's inspiration for creativity is drawn from the canvas nature presents every day. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia but a resident of Ontario for most of his life, Roy enjoys exploring the woods and lakes of northern Ontario as well as the tamer countryside surrounding his home in Erin, Ontario. Beginning with an avid interest in photographing the unique landscape of the Killarney region, he developed his capabilities in painting watercolours, acrylics and oils to convey not only the images but the feeling of the scenes he enjoy.

Join Roy at his opening reception which takes place at the Falls Gallery on Saturday, November 19, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
