Season Two

Season Two is a collaborative show by Deb Menken Art and Marnie Cooke.
"For everything there is a season" Ecc 3:1
Deb says: As surely as the seasons change, so does an artist's work. After seasons of florals and landscapes, this past year I have focused on developing my abstract work, work that is grounded in my love of colour and the painting process itself. My paintings reflect my feelings and impressions and have been a joy to create.  I hope they evoke meaningful joy and emotion in you as well.
Marnie was a professional ballet dancer for many years and you can see that influence in her work. It literally flows across the canvas in graceful movement.
Season Two is hanging in Gallery 104 until March 3rd.
