Presented by the Headwaters Equine Leadership Group the Headwaters Parade of Horses is a unique series of outdoor sculptures featuring 25 + fiberglass horses transformed through the creativitiy of talented local artists. The Alton Mill Arts Centre's horse, named ALTON THE HANDSOME is the result of a collabrative effort between the studio artists of the Mill. In addition to Alton, Mill Artist Wendy Mcleod has also painted a horse for the Parade.
