Thank you for joining us last June to discover the Headwaters Region's best artisanal food, drink and creativity. Local chefs, Alton Mill studio artists, and wine, beer and cider makers combined to offer one delicious weekend, where guests watched chefs in action and artists in action on June 20 – 21, 2015, noon to 5 pm each day.

Throughout the Mill's studios and art galleries there will be food & beverage tasting stations and special art activities.
The Main Stage features chef demos, live music, a daily cook-off and on Saturday, a paint-off. For the cook-offs, two duelling chefs will be presented with identical "Black Boxes" of local food ingredients out of which they will have 45 minutes to create a culinary masterpiece, vying for the coveted "This Chef is Hot" Award!
Immediately following Saturday's cook-off, a half dozen artists will be given another artfully-arranged set of the same foods, which they will interpret using paint on canvas.

Cuisine-Art is honoured to have been designated a finalist for Culinary Tourism Event of the Year at the Ontario Tourism 2014 Awards of Excellence, a Top 100 Festival for 2015 by Festivals & Events Ontario and Best Culinary Tourism Experience in 2013 by Hills of Headwaters Tourism.
Cuisine-Art is a fundraiser for the Alton Millpond Rehabilitation Fund.
Cuisine-Art Tastings Pass includes unlimited food samples and three beverage sampling tickets, plus access to the Main Stage entertainment venue. $35 at the gate. Sorry, advance tickets no longer available. (Additional drink sampling tickets can be purchased on site for $2.50 each or 5 for $10). A cash bar and cash BBQ menu will be available all weekend. A Year in the Life of a Honey Bee, with beekeepers Gillian and Jim Vanderburgh.
